Rev. Todd Seay, M.Div

Director of Reformed Ministries

Todd graduated from Austin Peay State University, with Degrees in Geology and Philosophy. He went on to attain a Masters degree in Religion and Masters of Religious Education from Liberty Theological Seminary, and an M.Div. from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Rev. Kendrix Jefferson

Director of Field Services

Lt. Col. Kendrix Jefferson provides intake counseling, pastoral coaching, leaderiship mentoring, and mobilizing local congregations through discipleship to reach their communities for Christ  in a meaningful and impactful way.

Rev. Tom Constantini

Pastor, OMI France

Born in France, he has been serving in ministry for numerous years as a pastor of a Lutheran church, as well as early experience in missions serving with Campus Crusade.

Rev. Anthony Dodd, M.Div

Vice President, Senior Chaplain

Tony graduated from the University of Tennessee/ Chattanooga with a B.S. in Psychology, and earned a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, TN.

Elder, Charles Scott

Urban Outreach Coordinator

Charles is an ordained (COGIC) Elder  and earned his undergraduate degree in Theology from Zoe University. His missional experience includes serving in places such as Chile, Peru, Guam, Singapore, Italy, Spain, and Jamaica.

Rev. Jason Wilson

Ordained Minister

Serves as a church revitalization specialist that focuses on evangelism, and church growth strategies. He also has been trained by the Florida Baptist Convention as an Interim Pastor who specializes in preparing churches for new leadership.

Tamara Fyke, M.A.

Exec. Director, Love In A Big World

Tamara Fyke is a content creator, educator, social entrepreneur and JesusLover. Her vision for the integration of entertainment, education, healthcare and technology for tweens (ages 8-14) challenges traditional education models. Her commitment to the whole child drives her passion for social emotional learning (SEL).

Rev. Lian Hlun

Evangelist, Church Planter, Pastor

Born in Dawn, Myanmar, he has been serving as an Evangelist to the Chin and Mizo indians for 24 years. He is an experienced church planter, and travels across the U.S. and Europe preaching the Gospel to the Burmese.

Master, Tiffany Davis

Urban Outreach Coordinator

Tiffany is has earned her Black-belt in Tai Kwon Do, and leads a Yesha Tai Kwon Do school on the Southside of Urban Jacksonville Florida.

Lori Gordon

Human Resource Specialist

Currently studying at Florida State College at Jacksonville, and serving bivocational at a local radio station. She has a volunteer background that includes several years with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as well as other local charities. 

Rev. Rafielle Usher, M.A.

International President

 Rafielle graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Austin Peay State University, and earned his Masters of Divinity and Christian Counseling from Zoe University. He has over 22 years of Ministry service which includes Pastor, and Missionary.

Rev. Policarpo Cruz

Vice President OMI Mexico

Policarpo graduated with a degree in Theology from the International Bible Institute. He has been faithfully serving as a full time pastor for over 30 years. He provides oversight to all OMI operations and churches in Mexico.
